The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks

hey bloggie,

i am back after so many months.i miss u.i couldn't catch up with u all these months. This month i am kind of free, started my reading, writing and everything.

The recent book i have come across is "the last song".I started reading a book by watching a movie trailer.Book came first , and the movie is made later. But some one suggested me to read a book than watching a movie. But since i finished now i just wanna check how far they have met the expectations of the book. But one more reason is like have to check how Miley Cyrus did her role as "Ronnie".

The Last song, the book name itself i feel its some what romantic and family type drama. The story revolves around the girl "Ronnie".She comes to her father's place during summer vacation.Since her father got separated from her mother with out any reason, Ronnie was not speaking to his father from past 3 years.so she hates to come there, but due to her mother's pressure she landed in that old beachy house.

The author, gave nice description about the place next to beach and how the life is going to be for the girl who comes from a busy place Manhattan. He gave a nice touch to the love between the Ronnie and her new boy friend. The story is like, how Ronnie changes completely from a stubborn, freaking city girl to soft, lovable town girl.He gave a nice importance to the family values and their relationships. If u like to read some family oriented books with a bit of romance, u can definetly go through this.

Foreign Body By Robin Cook

hey guys,

i am back to the blog after a long time..pretty busy at home..i couldn't finish the book so fast.so it takes almost a month to write my next review.

This time i am back with Robin cook Foreign Body.Again its a coincidence, the story is related to India. Its about the business of medical tourism in India.Medical tourism is the one which produces a vast economy to our country. It is a developing concept where people come for the medical treatments to India. The major treatments are heart surgery, knee transplant and dental problems. For these treatments people come from the countries like USA,UK and Europe. The basic reason behind this is, patients can enjoy the same quality treatments like in their countries with reduced cost.

Now this story starts in India, where an American lady Maria will die after being treated. But this death raises some questions to the Jennifer, grand daughter of Maria.Because she knows about her granny death news before doctors confirmed.she will come to know the news from a news channel.Like this simultaneously two more deaths will continue in the hospital. This makes Jennifer more suspicious and she wants to do autopsy for her granny and other dead bodies too.

The story narration is not interesting..its very dry..and the author didn't maintain any secrecy in the story. We can easily guess what happened,by half way through the book.so read the book if u don't have any options.. But we have appreciate the author for explaining some Hindu culture related to Varanasi.

Path Of Glory by Jeffrey Archer

hey guys,

i am back with an amazing book called "path of glory" which is a truly inspired novel.i wont say this is the best written by Archer, but it shows how a person can be so passionate in one thing with out even caring for his life and especially for his most beloved wife.

The story is about a man called "George Mallory" who is so passionate in climbing right from his childhood. He is from Britain. His main aim is to hike the highest mountain in the world Mount Everest which heights around 29000 feet.He wants to be the first man in the world to reach to that summit. This story happened in 1922,and no one knows until now that George Mallory reached that height. The couldn't find his body after he made his attempt in 1922.

The author just goes with his autobiography. When i first started the book i really felt bored. The story starts right from his childhood and how he realized his inborn talent as a climber and how far he succeeded in order to fulfill it.But i likes the small point in this book.George Mallory loves his wife and the author presents their love in the form of letters and i just loved the love story which happened between them.

On the whole,to try different i really recommend this book to read.Last, but not least the author also gave a nice view about INDIA in 1900's.

Doomsday Conspiracy by Sidney Sheldon

hey guys,

My next author is Sidney Sheldon. He is one of my favorite author.i have finished almost all of his novels..except one or two.My most favorite book from all of his writings is "master of the game"..In most of his novels women plays a very important role.He just elevated the feminine qualities of a woman to a higher extent.

Coming to Doomsday Conspiracy..again its a very good scientific novel from the author.Even though the title of the book is some what complicated the novel is so understandable. In this book the UFO's plays a major important role. But they aren't included as characters, but still the story moves around them.An officer Robert Bellamy has to investigate a case regarding weather balloon crash in Zurich, Switzerland. From there he travels all around the world to find the witnesses.

The author discussed the most interesting facts regarding plants.I just loved that part.Again in the end he wrote a authors note regarding the existence of UFO's in the world. He just discussed so many truths about this scientific research on UFO's and how far their existence is true.

Overall, its again a great classic novel penned by Sidney Sheldon..

Crisis by Robin Cook

Hey guys,

This is the book which i read recently..truly speaking..by just seeing the title and front and back cover of the book..i am just not excited at all..but i wanna give it a try..we cannot decide anything just by front page alone rite...

Now i am gonna tell you what the book is actually about..Since Robin Cook is a doctor..his novels are almost based on the doctors and their related cases how they are dealing with..so this crisis is also belongs to that category..but he mixed a little bit of law in it..

when i started the book ..the first 100 pages are like boring to the core..i just thought why the hell i choose this book...but one lively character in the book changed my views totally...i couldn't close the book at all..its really a page turner..especially at the end..u cant think of what could be the reason..u just can't guess anything with this book..

The story is about one doctor who is practicing concierge medicine..and how he is got sued for the malpractice of a particular case...and another doctor tries to help him to come out of that...but the juicy part in that story is how the patient died and what could be the reason behind it..its just incredible the way he explains the things in the end..but one thing i was disappointed like the author didn't finish it properly..i was just not satisfied with the ending part..i felt like he could have ended it in a better way..

So guys. this is my first review for the book..i hope u guys enjoy it..please give me suggestions to improve this blog as for as possible..thanks in advance
